If you do have an insurance claim, the best possible thing to do is to go directly to the insurer who provided you with the insurance. Do NOT go through us as we will do just the same as you, only probably take longer.
We will NOT be able to get a claim sorted for you, as you are the customer who bought the insurance and under the DPA (Data Protection Act) you have to deal with your own policy. 1 Stop MOT does not have an FSA licence to deal directly in insurance products on your behalf.
To get detail of numbers and information, revisit the orginal insurance documentation when you intially bought your policy (probably via an email). On there should be a claims number. Call the number and see what they tell you how to make a claim. Good luck.
